Nichole Daley, MBA, has a diverse work experience in various industries. From 2008 to 2014, they were the owner of HangerAlley.com, an online boutique. In 2011, they expanded their business by opening Hanger Alley Boutique, where they served as the owner until 2012. In 2012, Nichole joined Alpha Industries, Inc. as a Web Operations Manager until 2014. Nichole then moved on to work at Property Capsule in 2017, where they co-founded the company and served as the Co-Founder and SVP of Operations, Talent & Culture. In 2018, they became the Principal Owner of Welkom Hõm Properties. Nichole continued their career in real estate by working as a Real Estate Agent at IBuySD - GG Homes from 2020 to 2021 and at Redfin from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they are employed by Sundae as a Market Expert-Real Estate Investments. Additionally, Nichole has also been involved with SCORE Mentors as a Business Mentor & Workshop Facilitator since 2022.

Nichole Daley has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. Before that, they completed their Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Commercial and Advertising Art from CUNY New York City College of Technology. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Pepperdine University.
