Ashley Caldwell

Ashley Caldwell is currently a Senior Associate - Capital Markets at Sundance Bay and has been working as a Real Estate Development Manager at Stonemarc One, LLC since January 2014. Additionally, Ashley has been a Professional Athlete at U.S. Ski & Snowboard since December 2009. Ashley also gained experience as a Real Estate Intern - Valuation and Modeling at EY from September 2022 to May 2023. Ashley holds a Master's of Real Estate Development from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business, a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics from SUNY Empire State College, and a Master of Legal Studies from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law.
