Joe Dunbar

Joe Dunbar is currently working as a Senior Associate in Debt Strategies at Sundance Bay since May 2019. Prior to this, Joe held positions such as Acquisitions & Development Analyst at MM Properties, Development Analyst at Hartman Income REIT, and Investment Management Summer Analyst at Hines. Joe also has experience as an Acquisitions Analyst Intern at Cottonwood Residential, Peak Capital Partners, and as a Research Specialist Intern at Lunt Capital Management, Inc. In addition, Joe worked as an Equity Trader for personal funds from October 2009 to January 2014. Joe obtained their education from Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business from 2013 to 2017.
