Arava Sheleff-Itelson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Arava began their career in 2003 as a Graphic/Web Designer at Next-In, where they developed creative concepts and designed animations for websites and banners. In 2004, they founded Sheleff Granit Ltd., a design studio specializing in web design and animation for broadcast. As the Founder & CEO, they supervised a team of 7 workers and managed major customer accounts.

In 2007, they worked as a Designer/Animator at nailgun, an award-winning motion graphics studio, where they developed unique concepts and designed storyboards to communicate visual language. From 2008 to 2010, they held the role of Art Director & Project Manager at Unified Field, a leading company in interactive exhibits and environments. Arava managed clients' projects and production teams while developing engaging user experience concepts.

At Parsons The Newschool for Design, they served as a Part-time Faculty in the Design & Technology Department, teaching courses on packaging and marketing, image core lab, and introductory design. Arava also co-developed and taught a design foundation crash course for MFA prospective students.

From 2011 to 2022, they worked at SundaySky in various roles, starting as an Art Director and then progressing to Product Manager, Director of Product Management, Head of Product Design, and currently as VP Product Design. Their responsibilities at SundaySky include conceptualizing and developing brand identities, marketing strategies, and online web presence. Arava also oversees product design and management teams and contributes to the company's creative direction.

Throughout their career, Arava Sheleff-Itelson has demonstrated expertise in design, animation, project management, and product development across different industries and positions.

From 2021 to 2022, they attended the Infinify Product Leadership Academy by Noa Ganot, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study.

Between 2006 and 2008, they obtained a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Design and Technology from Parsons School of Design - The New School.

During the period of 2000 to 2003, they studied at Vital - The Tel Aviv center for design studies and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Communication Design and Illustration.

In 1999 and 2000, they enrolled in Reichman University, where they completed the first year of a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Computer Science.
