Dana Gibilaro

Director, National Customer Success at SundaySky

Dana Gibilaro has extensive work experience in customer success and business development. They started their career as an NFL Cheerleader for the Miami Dolphins & Sun Life Stadium in 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Allgenic Health and Wellness. In 2016, they joined dashboardMD as a Solutions Analyst. Following that, they joined simpleshow where they held the positions of Customer Success Manager from 2018 to 2020, and Director of Customer Success from 2020 to 2021. In 2021, they joined Wix.com as a Team Lead in Customer Success until 2022. Currently, they are working at SundaySky as the Director of Enterprise Customer Success since May 2022.

Dana Gibilaro obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science from the University of Miami, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Dana has obtained certifications in Totango Creator: Experience Composer from Totango and Storytelling with Data from LinkedIn in November 2019.
