Will Koederitz

Creativity is the driving force behind Will’s passion for aesthetics and engineering. Growing up, he spent his time drawing and tinkering in his parents’ garage. A Louisiana native, Will graduated from LSU in Mechanical Engineering where he joined the Formula SAE team, designed vehicle components and gained hands-on shop experience. He advanced his skills by designing, building, and testing a hydraulic crane capable of lifting one ton. Will’s first industry position was at an automotive battery startup where he designed and tested structural housing components and developed innovative assembly techniques. He then went to work for an automotive supplier where he designed electro-mechanical liftgate actuators. He enjoys fast-paced engineering challenges and working until he finds a solution.
