Currently serving as the U21 Performance Coach at Sunderland AFC since April 2022, Alasdair has previously held roles such as Head of Sport Science at Macclesfield Football Club and Chorley FC, overseeing athlete development, training programming, and data monitoring. Alasdair's background includes a season with Sale Sharks as a strength and conditioning intern, contributing to GPS data analysis and training implementation, as well as a stint supporting the Wales Men's National 7s Team. With educational qualifications including a Master of Applied Sport and Exercise Physiology from Bangor University and a Bachelor's Degree in Sports and Exercise Science from Aberystwyth University, Alasdair possesses a comprehensive understanding of athlete management and performance enhancement strategies.
