Blake Stephens

Blake Stephens is currently working as the Head of Talent at SunDrive. Prior to joining SunDrive, they took a career break and traveled the world with their partner. Before that, they worked at Immutable as a Talent Acquisition Manager, where they focused on building a strong Talent function and business service for Immutable X. Blake also has experience working at Tesla, where they held various roles including Talent Acquisition Leader for APJC and APAC Energy Products. At Tesla, they were responsible for developing and implementing Talent Acquisition strategies and processes, as well as hiring and retaining top talent. Blake also has experience working as a General Practitioner Consultant at Omega Medical and as a Legal Recruitment Consultant at Callaways Executive Selection.

Blake Stephens has a Bachelor of Human Resource Management degree from Australian Catholic University.
