Neal Jacob

Neal Jacob has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Neal is currently serving as the Head of Delivery Excellence Office at Sunera Technologies, Inc. In this role, they are responsible for driving resource optimization, margin improvement, and process automation. Neal also focuses on integrating key processes and enabling digital transformation within the company. Neal mentors and coaches project teams to improve collaboration and program governance.

Prior to joining Sunera Technologies, Inc., Neal worked as the Managing Partner at Upskill365. Before that, they held various roles at Tech Mahindra, including Vice President & Group Delivery Head, Program Director, and Delivery Head. Neal contributed significantly to the company's delivery operations and played a key role in program management.

Neal Jacob received their B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Sri Venkateswara University in 1983. Neal then pursued their M.Tech in Industrial & Management Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, from 1983 to 1985.
