Alicia Davis

Alicia Davis is an experienced Human Resources professional with over two decades in the field. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Human Resources at Suneva Medical since November 2011, Alicia has previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at the San Diego Padres, overseeing HR functions for a workforce of more than 1,250 employees across multiple regions. Prior roles include HR Manager at La Jolla Pharmaceutical Company and Stratatech Corporation, where Alicia successfully managed HR initiatives and established HR functions during periods of growth. Alicia's career began as a HR Administrator at Genzyme Genetics and as a Benefits Specialist at The QTI Group, where responsibilities included employee relations and benefits administration. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
