Clare Hau

Clare Hau is currently the AVP of Customer Success at SUNeVision Holdings Ltd., where responsibilities include leading the Customer Success team, managing key account relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction with iAdv products and services. Previous roles include Senior Account Executive at Equinix, where Clare built relationships with senior executives and prospected new business, and Senior Manager of Customer Success at Oracle, focusing on driving adoption of SaaS solutions. Clare also held positions at IBM, Cisco, and Hewlett-Packard, demonstrating extensive experience in customer success management, sales, and relationship building across various technology companies. Clare Hau received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
