Gökberk Keskin

Gökberk Keskin is an experienced organizational development and human resources professional with a strong background in system optimization, workforce planning, and performance management. Since July 2022, Gökberk has served as an Organizational Development Specialist at SunExpress, focusing on identifying development needs, evaluating organizational changes, and conducting job evaluations based on the Hay Group Korn Ferry methodology. Prior to this role, Gökberk worked at Fraport TAV Antalya Airport from April 2018 to July 2022, where responsibilities included budget preparation, recruitment processes, and performance evaluation management. Gökberk began a career in human resources with a role as a Human Resources Assistant Specialist, having also held internships at Getinge and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Turkey. Gökberk holds an MBA in Business Management from Bahcesehir University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations from Antalya Bilim University.
