Matthew Rampolla has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Matthew started their career in 2009 at Bodie Nagle Attorneys at Law, where they worked as a Data Entry Management specialist, processing and inputting case data efficiently. In 2012, Matthew joined MICROS Systems Inc, initially as an Engineer in Technical Support, and was quickly promoted to a Technical Support Engineer and System Support Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for software testing, de-bugging Micros applications, L3 escalations and support, database management and manipulation, bug creation, direct customer contact, on-site support, and consulting. Matthew also took on the additional responsibility of training and advising the company's partner companies in Sri Lanka and Canada. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Sentry Data Systems, Inc., before transitioning to RedOwl Analytics as a Quality Assurance Engineer. In 2016, they briefly worked as a Business Systems Analyst and QA Analyst at OPTiMO Information Technology before joining CallMiner in 2018 as a Quality Assurance Engineer. In their most recent role at SunFire, they served as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer.

Matthew Rampolla attended Calvert Hall College High School from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Following this, they went on to study at Towson University from 2007 to 2011, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
