Chris Roberts

Chris Roberts has a diverse work experience in the commercial real estate industry. Chris began their career as a Commercial Real Estate Intern at Principal Capital Management, where they gained experience in underwriting and property financial analysis. Chris then joined Principal Commercial Acceptance LLC, where they held various roles, including Investment Analyst, Investment Officer, and Assistant Managing Director. In these positions, they focused on the origination of high-yield structured loans and was responsible for loan profitability, new business development, and client satisfaction. Chris then moved on to KeyBank Real Estate Capital, where they served as Vice President and later as Senior Asset Manager, specializing in loan servicing and asset management. Most recently, Chris has been working at Mutual of Omaha Bank and Sunflower Bank, N.A. as a Managing Director in their Commercial Real Estate departments. Overall, Chris Roberts has showcased their expertise in commercial real estate through their leadership roles and diverse responsibilities throughout their career.

Chris Roberts received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Finance with a Real Estate Emphasis from the University of Northern Iowa. Chris attended the university from 1995 to 1999.
