Christopher James Alvarez, MBA has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Christopher is currently the VP Portfolio Manager III at Sunflower Bank, N.A. Christopher previously worked at BOK Financial as a Healthcare Banking Credit Specialist II/Underwriter Corporate Banking Group. Prior to that, they served as an Assistant Commercial Relationship Manager/Credit Analyst-Underwriter at First Interstate. During their time at First Interstate, they gained extensive experience in financial analysis, risk analysis, commercial and credit underwriting, and customer liaison. Christopher also worked as a Valuation Associate at Carr, Riggs & Ingram, where they specialized in business valuations and financial statement analysis. Before that, they had roles as a Copywriter at Authentic Recovery Center and BTS Communication, and as an Audio Visual + Marketing Intern at Bionic.

Christopher James Alvarez earned their Bachelor's Degree in History with a concentration in Globalization and Big Business from the University of Miami. Christopher attended the university from 2006 to 2010. In 2015, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee, completing their studies in 2017. In 2019, Alvarez received a certificate in Real Estate Economics and Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
