Gary Pratt

Gary Pratt is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Sunflower Bank, N.A. since 2022, Gary previously held the position of Senior Software Developer at Western Alliance Bancorporation from April 2017 to 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Software Developer Lead at Maricopa County Superior Court, where Gary ensured coding standards and implemented agile methodologies, as well as positions at Southwest Human Development, focusing on agile development practices and technical interviews, and Integrated Solutions, Inc., where website design and maintenance were key responsibilities. Gary began a foundational career as an F-16 Avionics technician in the United States Air Force from 1996 to 1999 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Arizona State University, obtained between 2010 and 2014.
