Arun Chakraborty

Arun Chakraborty has a diverse range of experience in the healthcare industry. ARUN is currently working as the Chief Operating Officer at Sunflower Infertility & IVF Center, a leading chain of hospitals specializing in infertility and IVF treatments. Prior to this, Arun founded Bhava Seva Foundation, an organization dedicated to charitable work in the healthcare sector.

Before their current roles, Arun served as the Chief Operating Officer at Ramsnehi Hospital & Research Institute, a 300-bed multi-specialty hospital in Rajasthan. Here, they focused on delivering top-quality healthcare services with a patient-centric approach. Arun also worked as the Executive Operations & Quality at Shree Krishna Hospital & Medical Research Center, a 1000-bed NABH accredited hospital associated with a medical college. ARUN gained experience in managing operations and ensuring quality standards in healthcare delivery.

In the earlier years of their career, Arun worked at Tata Medical Center as a Quality Management Trainee, Institute of Child Health as a Medical Laboratory Technologist, and Medical College and Hospital Kolkata as a Graduate Trainee.

Arun Chakraborty has a Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from Vidyasagar University, Midnapore, which they obtained from 2013 to 2017. ARUN then went on to complete a Master's degree in Hospital Administration from the Indian Institutes of Public Health (IIPHs) between 2018 and 2020. Currently, Arun is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Sangam University, which they began in 2022 and is expected to complete in 2025. Additionally, Arun has obtained various certifications such as "Medical Laboratory System and Internal Audit program as per ISO 15189:2022" from the Quality Council of India in 2023 and "Master Class of Entry Level NABH Standards Implementation" from Acme Consulting in 2020. ARUN also completed a programme on the Implementation of NABH Standards for Hospitals from the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare (NABH) in the same year. In 2019, Arun obtained a certification in Customer Relationship Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
