Terrence J. Anderson

TJ is responsible for Sungard AS’ overall financial operations and financial analysis, budgeting, treasury and business analysis. He brings more than 30 years of experience across a wide variety of operational and financial leadership roles.

Most recently, TJ served as Executive Vice President – Corporate Development and Finance at Broadview Network Holdings, Inc. TJ played an integral role in Broadview’s business transformation from a traditional telecom company to a cloud-based, Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) provider. Among his many qualifications, TJ has extensive experience with mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and securing various types of financings – from high yield offerings to syndicated bank financing. He has led teams across all aspects of finance, including financial planning and analysis, product and customer profitability, treasury and tax. Prior to Broadview, TJ was with Chemical Banking Corporation, where he was Vice President, Banking and Corporate Financing for the Media and Communications Group and Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company, where he worked in financial roles in both New York and Switzerland.
