Francesca Vicol

Francesca Vicol has a diverse work experience across multiple companies and roles. Francesca started their career as an Account Manager at Easyhost Romania in 2015 before moving on to work as a Financial Auditor at EY in 2016. At EY, Francesca gained exposure to various industries and performed financial audit activities.

In 2017, Francesca joined Oracle as a Business Analyst, where they continued to develop their analytical skills and worked on various business projects. Francesca then transitioned to Glovo in 2019, initially as a Data Analyst in Global Real Time Ops. In this role, they utilized data to identify areas of improvement, created MVPs, and collaborated with a Data Scientist to build models.

Francesca's role expanded to Senior Business Analyst - Last Mile Ops at Glovo, where they set up a Last mile team and managed the end-to-end flows for courier operations. Francesca also played a key role in reducing courier fraud and implementing controls. Francesca then moved to a project-based role as a Project Manager - Global LaaS Operations, focusing on strategy and operations excellence.

Francesca's most recent role is as a Senior Business Analyst at Sunhero, starting in 2023.

Francesca Vicol obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics from Queen Mary University of London, which they attended from 2012 to 2015. In 2023, they briefly studied Product Management at AllWomen.
