Mariana Guzman Ayza

Mariana Guzman Ayza has diverse work experience in talent acquisition and psychology consulting. Mariana recently held the position of Senior Talent Partner at Babel Profiles, where they worked from 2021 to the present. Prior to that, they served as an Inhouse Talent Partner at various companies, including Sunhero, Wallapop, Cobee, and the HP Graduate Program. Mariana also worked as a Remote Psychology Consultant and Psychology Consultant at Developpé Neuropsicología from 2016 to 2021.
