Juhi Trivedi

Juhi Trivedi's work experience begins in 2008 as an HR Trainee at Macleods Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Juhi then worked as an HR Officer at Pest Control (India) Pvt Ltd, where they focused on profiling departments, conducting employee engagement surveys, and implementing an internal job posting process. In 2012, Trivedi joined Boehringer Ingelheim as an HR professional, responsible for change management, employee engagement, and managing HR operations across India. Juhi moved to Godrej Agrovet Limited in 2015 as a Project Consultant, where they worked on competency mapping, redesigning KRAs and job descriptions, and standardizing roles and designations. Trivedi then served as the Head of HR at Sunidhi Securities & Finance Limited in 2016. Currently, they are an HR Advisor at One Pet Stop Private Limited.

Juhi Trivedi pursued their education from 2007 to 2009 at the University of Mumbai, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources (HR).
