Lampros Bisalas has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Lampros currently serves as the Group Chief Executive Officer at Sunlight Group Energy Storage Systems. Prior to this role, they held various positions within the company including Chief Commercial Officer, Executive Member of the Board of Directors, Director of Lithium Batteries R&D Acceleration, and Sales Director for Motive & ESS Batteries and Motive Power Batteries. Lampros also served as the Head of Business Unit for Global Business Development & International Subsidiaries, as well as in a Financial and Business Improvement role for the company.
Before joining Sunlight Group, Lampros worked as a Senior Internal Auditor at Piraeus Bank and as a Senior Associate Auditor at PwC.
Lampros Bisalas has a diverse education history. In 2000-2004, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences. In 2006-2008, they became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). In 2011, they completed the Building On Talent (BOT) program at IMD. In 2012, Lampros acquired expertise in Pricing Strategies from The Wharton School. In 2019, they attended the Advanced Management Program (AMP 197) at Harvard Business School and earned an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from IMD Business School in 2021. Lampros also received additional certifications in Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics, Innovation, and Impact Investing and ESG. In 2021, they pursued Crisis Management and Communications at the Swiss Armed Forces College, MIKA.
