Craig Dickert

Craig Dickert is currently the Manager of the IT Service Desk at Sunmark Credit Union, where Craig leads a team of Systems Analysts and Helpdesk personnel. Prior to this role, Craig worked as a Systems Analyst at Tritonforum.com and also owned and operated a website dedicated to consumer electronics. In addition, Craig served as a Help Desk Coordinator at Capital Communications FCU and owned their own IT solutions business. Craig has a degree in Computer Information Systems and has experience in sales and as an assistant to a service manager at a Lexus dealership.
