Carol Sierra

Carol Sierra has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Carol is currently working as a Human Resources Generalist at SunMed since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Tigua Inc. from August 2018 to February 2020, where they held the role of Human Resources Generalist/Corp. Recruiter. Before Tigua Inc., they served as a Human Resources Manager at UHS from November 2016 to February 2018.

Carol's career also includes working at El Paso Children's Hospital from February 2014 to January 2016. Carol initially held the position of Interim HR Director and later transitioned to a Human Resources Generalist role. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at The Hospitals of Providence, where they were a Human Resources Generalist from March 1994 to February 2014.

Their early career began at Baxter International Inc., where they worked as a Human Resources Coordinator from July 1986 to January 1994. Overall, Carol Sierra has gained extensive experience in various human resources roles throughout their career.
