Martin Saunier-Plumaz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Martin began their career as a Digital Marketing Lecturer at Université de Grenoble from September 2011 to June 2013. Martin then joined Visio-Technic as a Product Marketing Manager, where they successfully launched an innovative electric heater and played a key role in developing marketing strategies and expanding the distribution network. Martin's next role at Visio-Technic was as a Sales & Marketing Manager, where they led the sales and marketing teams, managed key accounts, and developed the company's marketing and communication strategies.

Martin Saunier-Plumaz completed a Bachelor's degree in International Business at Nagoya University from 2007 to 2008. Martin then pursued a 2-year university degree in Management at IUT2 Grenoble from 2005 to 2007. Following these studies, Martin went on to obtain a Master's degree in Marketing from IAE FRANCE - Écoles Universitaires de Management, which they completed from 2008 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Martin also obtained several certifications. These include the Value-Based Pricing certification from LinkedIn in October 2016, as well as certifications in Google Analytics, Adwords, and Mobile Advertising from Google, all of which were achieved in December 2015.
