Denise Sanders

Denise Sanders has extensive work experience in finance, technology, and project management roles. Denise is currently the Director of Financial Operations at Sunnova Energy, leading the finance transformation and driving continuous improvement across the organization. Prior to that, they worked as the Managing Director at Sanders Consulting, LLC, where they provided consulting solutions in business, technology, and finance transformation. Denise also served as the Director of Financial Systems at Murphy Oil, where they established financial systems roadmap and oversaw major acquisition integrations. At Atwood Oceanics, Denise was the Director of Projects and developed the Project Management Office for project portfolio selection and governance. Denise also worked as the Director of Advisory Services at Calvetti Ferguson, planning and executing global project delivery for risk and controls consulting. Additionally, Denise worked at HP as a Senior Project Manager for financial systems re-engineering and at PwC as a Senior Manager, leading teams and providing data quality and SAP risk advisory services.

Denise Sanders holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia. In addition, Denise obtained a Master of Accountancy degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
