Emily Hatcher

Emily Hatcher has a strong and diverse work experience. Emily started their career as a Corporate Sales Team Intern at Marriott International in 2005, and then moved on to work as a Leasing Consultant at Majestic Development Co. in the same year. In 2006, they became an Associate Operations Analyst at TXUEnergy, and later took on the role of Operations Analyst/IT Analyst. In 2010, they were promoted to Sr. IT Analyst, and in 2011, they became the Manager of IT Application Development and Support at the same company.

In 2015, Emily joined HCL Technologies as a Sr Manager - Service Delivery Manager Change Management, where they led a team responsible for change management activities for a client in Houston, TX. Emily worked in this role until 2016, when they joined Sunnova Energy Corp. as the Vice President of Project Delivery & IT Governance.

Emily Hatcher earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and History from Trinity University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006.
