Joe Giannelli

Joe Giannelli has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Joe started in 1999 as a District Manager at CUTCO Cutlery and then became the CEO and Founder of MasterMentors Inc. In 2014, they joined Sunrun as a Regional Sales Manager before moving on to JLM Energy, Inc. as the General Sales Manager in 2016. At Sunrun, they became the Director of Field Sales & Retail for the Nevada and New Mexico region in 2017. In 2022, they joined Suntuity as the VP of Residential Sales, where they significantly grew sales and staff within 6 months. Currently, they are serving as the SVP of Sales Operations at Sunnova Energy, where they manage multiple teams and focuses on improving the sales representative and dealer experience.
