Karim Hemani

Karim Hemani has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Karim started their career as an Analyst Intern at Tudor, Pickering, Holt in 2008. Karim then worked as an Analyst in Investment Banking at Madison Williams and Company from 2009 to 2010. Following that, they joined Citigroup as an Investment Banking Analyst from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, Karim became the Manager of Corporate Development at Memorial Resource Development Corp., where they were responsible for strategy and corporate/asset mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Karim managed and monitored the planning, development, and execution of the North Louisiana division business plan. Memorial Resource Development later merged with Ranges Resources in September 2016. In 2017, Karim took on the role of Manager of Finance and Business Development at S&A Resources for a brief period before joining Tellurian Inc. as a Senior Director of Finance and Business Development, where they worked until 2020. Currently, Karim is serving as the Vice President of Finance and Corporate Development at Sunnova Energy.

Karim Hemani completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Honors, Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business in 2009. Karim later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Management from the same institution, which they completed in 2017.
