Mike Dufault

Mike Dufault has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Mike currently holds the position of Sr. Vice President of Operations at Sunnova Energy, where they lead strategic plans for the company's New Home solar Division and manages operations across several departments. Before joining Sunnova Energy, Mike served as the Sr. Vice President of Operations at Sunstreet Energy Group, LLC, where they oversaw all aspects of strategic plans for growth. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at Toll Brothers and owned their own custom home construction company. Mike has held various leadership positions throughout their career, managing operations, budgets, and long-term forecasts in the construction and solar energy industries.

Mike Dufault received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix between 1996 and 1999.
