Jerome Campbell began their career in 1991 at USAA, where they held multiple roles such as Process Design & Review, Area Manager, Underwriter, and Policy Service Representative. In 2003, they joined Sunny Days Early Childhood Developmental Services, Inc. as the Director. In this role, they were responsible for all operational facets of an early intervention agency and an Autism Services program, overseeing a staff of 20+ personnel. Jerome'sduties included contract negotiation, staffing, work process design, budgeting, advertising, web-based marketing, financial reporting, and service vendor agreements.

Jerome Campbell obtained their B.S. in Business Administration - Marketing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania between 1979 and 1983. Jerome then went on to earn an M.A. in Human Resources Development from Webster University in 1990. Jerome also holds an inactive CPCU certification from the Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriters Society.
