Will Thomas

Will Thomas is Sunny Valley Network’s vice president of sales, reporting to CEO Murat Balaban. Will has 20+ years of experience in a variety of strategic sales and operational leadership roles.

Will’s recent experience includes launching Signavio’s (SAP) entry into the US market where he contributed to the company’s sales growth across multiple industry verticals.

Prior to Signavio, Will’s operational background includes establishing and leading Rackable Systems (HPE) Quality and Customer Service organizations and managing manufacturing operations for Linux hardware provider Penguin Computing.

As the first CEO of Internet carrier solutions provider Nominum (Akamai), Will contributed to establishing the strategic direction of the company while supporting the development of BIND 9.

His experience also includes strategic technology sourcing for wireless infrastructure provider Ericsson and managing Raynet-Ericsson’s R&D systems in Silicon Valley.

Will holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from SUNY Albany.
