Alanna Evans is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in donor communications and editorial roles. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Donor Communications at Sunnybrook Foundation since April 2018, Alanna has progressed through various positions within the organization, including Manager and Communications Officer. Prior to Sunnybrook, Alanna held editorial positions at Rogers Media, where responsibilities included Managing Editor of the Entertainment Pillar and Senior Editor of Features for FLARE. Earlier career experiences include a role as Writer/Editor at Health Quality Ontario and Associate Health Editor at Chatelaine. Alanna began their career as a Features Assistant at GLAMOUR Magazine (UK). Alanna holds a Master’s Degree in Women's, Gender and Sexuality Studies from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of London.
