Humdan Yarkhan

Humdan Yarkhan, MIR, CHRL, has extensive experience in human resources and labor relations, currently serving as the Director of Labour and Employee Relations at Sunnybrook since December 2014. In this role, Humdan provides strategic advice to management on collective agreements, employment standards, and human rights legislation while interfacing with union representatives. Previous roles at Sunnybrook include Manager of Labour and Employee Relations and HR Business Partner, where responsibilities included HR consultation, compliance, and conducting workplace investigations. Humdan has also served as a part-time Professor at Seneca College since September 2021.
