Jeanette Hepburn has a diverse work experience in the field of fundraising and alumni engagement. Jeanette is currently serving as the Executive Director of Donor Communications, Impact & Accountability at Sunnybrook. Prior to this, they worked at the Smith School of Business at Queen's University, where they held the positions of Executive Director - Development and Alumni Engagement and Senior Relationship Manager. In their role at the Smith School of Business, they successfully led a fundraising campaign that raised $115 million, surpassing the original goal of $65 million. Jeanette also has experience in the education sector, having worked at Albert College as the Assistant Head of Advancement and Director of Development, and at Ashbury College as the Assistant Director of Development. Jeanette began their career at Queen's University as an Annual Giving Officer. Jeanette has demonstrated their ability to set strategic direction, allocate resources, and manage teams throughout their career.

Jeanette Hepburn, CFRE holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Marketing from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University, which they obtained from 1985 to 1989. In addition, they have obtained the Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) certification from CFRE International in December 2009. Jeanette has also completed the Workplace Mental Health Certificate from Queen's University in 2021.
