Kristen Winter has over 20 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership development, labor management, and employee relations. Kristen has held executive positions at Sunnybrook Hospital, Women's College Hospital, and Toronto East General Hospital, where they were responsible for strategic planning and leading HR teams. Kristen also has experience in the corporate sector, having worked at Shoppers Drug Mart and Citi. Kristen holds a BA, CHRE, and MAIS degree.
Kristen Winter has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Communications from Wilfrid Laurier University. Kristen also holds a Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources from Seneca Polytechnic. In addition, Kristen completed the Advanced Health Leadership Program from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management. Kristen furthered their education by obtaining a Masters of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies, specializing in Leadership, Education, Inclusion, and Diversity from Athabasca University. Kristen is also a Certified Human Resources Executive, certified by the Human Resources Professional Association.
