Penelope Anderson

GM, Shared Living at Sunnyfield

Penelope Anderson is the General Manager of Shared Living at Sunnyfield. Prior to this, they spent fifteen years at Interchange Australia, where they served in various managerial roles focused on community-based and respite programs for people with disabilities.

Anderson has always been driven by a desire to help others and make a difference in their community. Penelope began their career in disability services because they wanted to empower people with disabilities to lead active and fulfilling lives. Over the years, they have honed their skills in program and project management, policy development, and quality assurance. In their most recent role at Interchange Australia, they managed the ASDESI program for individuals on the autism spectrum.

Throughout their career, Anderson has been known for their dedication to their clients, their commitment to continuous improvement, and their ability to innovate and adapt to change. Penelope is a strong believer in person-centered care and always puts the needs of their clients first. Under their leadership, Sunnyfield’s Shared Living program has flourished, providing quality support services to people with disabilities and their families.

Penelope Anderson has a Master of Health Service Management from UNSW, a Master of Public Health - MPH from the University of Wollongong, a Graduate Diploma Genetic Counselling from Charles Sturt University, and a Graduate Diploma of Education (Dip.Ed) from the University of New England (AU). Penelope also has certification from Service NSW in Working with Children Check and certification from Access Canberra in Working with Vulnerable People.

Their manager is Caroline Cuddihy, CEO. They are on a team with Andrew Walker - CFO, Mike Le Geyt - GM, Quality, Risk & Compliance, and Catherine Pironis - GM, People Learning & Culture.
