Sandie Hogarth-Scott

Sandie Hogarth-Scott is the General Manager of Property at Sunnyfield. Sandie has over 25 years of experience in the property development industry in Australia.

Sandie began their career as an Assistant Development Manager at Platino Properties in 1994. Sandie then moved to Mirvac in 1996, where they spent 8 years as the General Manager. In 2008, they joined Kuchikomi as the Managing Director. Sandie spent 9 years at Kuchikomi before moving to WINIM in 2017, where they spent 2 years as the Senior Development Executive.

Sandie is responsible for managing property development teams and overseeing specific development projects, acquisition, planning, development, financial control, risk mitigation, consultant and contractor negotiation, stakeholder management, and managing the marketing and sales support.

Sandie Hogarth-Scott has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Science (Land Economics) from the University of Technology Sydney.
