Jeanette K.

Jeanette K. is an experienced educator currently serving as a First Grade Teacher at Sunnyvale School District since August 2024. Prior to this role, Jeanette taught Kindergarten at Campbell Union School District and worked as a Third Grade Co-Teacher at Santa Clara Unified School District. Jeanette's teaching experience includes student teaching positions in Kindergarten and involvement as a Student Success Coach with City Year San José/Silicon Valley, where Jeanette developed tailored lesson plans for young learners. Jeanette also has a strong background in education partnerships demonstrated through work at the Haas Center for Public Service, along with experience as a Summer Fellow with the Metlakatla Indian Community. Jeanette holds a Master of Arts in Education from Stanford University Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Creative Writing from Stanford University.
