Kerri Rudnicki is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, inclusion, and talent management. Currently serving as the Sr Director of Human Resources Canada at Sunoco LP since November 2025, Kerri previously held positions including Director of People & Culture at Parkland Corporation and Global Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging at Finning. Kerri's career includes leadership roles at Cenovus Energy, Suncor, and TransAlta, where significant contributions to employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and the development of diversity initiatives were made. Kerri holds a B.Comm in Human Resources from the University of Saskatchewan and is currently pursuing a Certificate Program in Inclusion & Diversity from Cornell University.
