Sean Lonergan

Sean Lonergan has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Sean started their career at Deloitte Consulting as a Manager in the M&A practice, where they managed teams and worked on merger and acquisition projects in the energy and utilities sectors. Sean then joined Accenture as a Senior Manager before moving on to CBIZ Valuation Group, where they performed valuation analysis for different businesses and industries. At Alon USA, Sean worked as an M&A Manager, overseeing all aspects of the M&A process and responsible for several acquisitions. Sean then joined Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp as a Mergers and Acquisitions Director, sourcing and evaluating utility investments. Sean later worked at BP Energy Partners as the Director of Finance and Operations, and at Mesa Natural Gas Solutions as the Director of Finance and Operations. Currently, they are the Senior Director of Mergers and Acquisitions and Senior Director of Corporate Development at Sunoco LP, where they are responsible for identifying and evaluating acquisitions and developing strategies for refined products terminals.

Sean Lonergan completed their Bachelor's degree in Finance at Texas Christian University from 1987 to 1991. Sean then pursued their MBA in Finance at Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business from 1995 to 1997.
