Jansen Lin

Jansen Lin is a Machine Learning Engineer at Sunray Woodcraft Construction Pte Ltd since May 2023, previously serving as an Associate AI Engineer and AI Apprentice at AI Singapore from April 2022 to January 2023. During this time, Jansen collaborated with Continental's Automotive group on a Computer Vision project that developed an AI-powered solution for Human-Machine-Interface screen validation, achieving over 98% layout matching accuracy with a two-stage pipeline using YOLOX and self-supervised learning. Jansen's earlier experience includes a role as a Research Engineer at NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, contributing to a project focused on creating novel staple foods to combat diabetes, and an Environmental Section Intern position at the Land Transport Authority in Singapore, where Jansen developed an EIA review checklist for construction projects.
