Micha Roon is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering, blockchain, and decentralized systems. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, Micha focuses on supporting innovation projects through training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination, Micha aims to enhance the software development landscape. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG and Chief Technology Officer at bonq, where Micha contributed to self-sovereign finance solutions. Micha has held leadership positions at Energy Web as Chief Innovation Officer and CTO, and contributed as a Foundation Board member at Share&Charge. Additional advisory roles include membership on the Blockchain Advisory Board of the IIB Council and a longstanding advisory relationship with PioneerVentures.io. Micha's technical background includes experience at Sweetbridge and SwissBorg as a blockchain developer and advisor, respectively.
