Carmen Flores

Carmen Flores is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for the Texas Region at Sunrider International since November 2023, Carmen previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Teasdale Latin Foods from December 2013 to December 2023, overseeing corporate and plant operations. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources at FleetServe and Senior Human Resources Generalist at JDC Healthcare Management LLC. Carmen holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Claustro Universitario De Chihuahua, as well as a certification as a LEAN Champion from Kaizen Assembly.
