Randy Hayes

Randy Hayes is an experienced animator with a strong background in the animation industry, currently serving as a Senior Animator at Sunrise Animation Studios since June 2023. Previously, Randy held the position of Senior Animator at Animal Logic for a short-term contract and served as Animation Supervisor at Rooster Teeth, managing a team of approximately 25 animators across various projects including RWBY and related video games. Randy's career also includes roles as Senior Character Animator at Reel FX for the film /SCOOB!/ and as Animation Lead at Huhu Studios on the feature project "Mosley." Other notable positions include Storyboard Artist & Cinematics Animator at Gearbox Software and Animator at several studios, including Blue Sky Studios. Randy holds an Associate of Applied Arts degree in Animation Art & Design from The Art Institutes, obtained between 2005 and 2007.
