Natasha Topol has extensive work experience in the denim industry. Natasha began their career as a Design Coordinator at Banana Republic in 2000 and worked there until 2002. Natasha then joined Levi Strauss & Co. as a Designer from 2003 to 2007. Natasha then worked as a Designer at Urban Outfitters from 2007 to 2008, followed by a role as a Designer at Niteks USA from 2009 to 2010. Natasha then joined Gap Inc. as a Designer for Girls Denim from 2010 to 2011. Natasha worked as a Senior Designer at MARITHÉ+FRANÇOIS GIRBAUD from 2011 to 2012 and at 7 For All Mankind from 2012 to 2013. Natasha then joined ONE Jeanswear Group as a Senior Designer for Women's Denim from 2013 to 2015.

Since 2015, Natasha has been employed at Sunrise Brands. Natasha started as a Senior Designer for American Rag Cie - Women's Denim from 2015 to 2017, then moved on to become a Senior Designer for American Rag Cie & Seven7 - Women's Denim from 2017 to 2019. Natasha was later promoted to Senior Designer for American Rag Cie - Women's & Men's Denim, Seven7 - Women's & Girls Denim from 2019 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Design Director for Seven7 - Women's, Men's & Girls Denim at Sunrise Brands, starting in February 2022.

Natasha Topol has a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Fashion Design from the California College of the Arts. Natasha also studied Apparel Design at the Rhode Island School of Design. Additionally, Natasha earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Fine Arts from the University of Oregon. However, specific start and end years for each educational institution are not provided.
