Suzanne Gross

Suzanne Gross has worked in various roles throughout their career. Suzanne started in 1979 as the Executive Director of Design and Merchandising at Back2Back Kidswear, where they led the Design, Tech Design, and Sampling departments. Suzanne also served as a Brand Ambassador and Asia Production Manager, overseeing vendor negotiations and factory communication.

In 2002, Suzanne became an Instructor at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, teaching Pre-Production for Apparel in the Merchandising Department.

From 2004 to 2006, they worked as a Senior Implementation Specialist at Gerber Technology, conducting business analyses and providing on-site training for clients. Suzanne also initiated online training programs for Gerber customers.

At BCBG MaxAzria, Suzanne served as the Manager of Educational Services WebPDM from 2006 to 2008. In this role, they led the company's migration to the WebPDM system and managed the help desk. Suzanne also conducted on-site training in Hong Kong to improve team communication and strengthen WebPDM skills.

Most recently, Suzanne worked at Sunrise Brands as a Software Trainer for CENTRIC Design, Pre-Production, and Production. Suzanne conducted user training sessions and created training documentation. Suzanne also provided user support and resolved issues as a member of the IT team.

Suzanne Gross has a Master's Degree in Park Administration from Texas Tech University. Suzanne also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Art History from the University at Albany, SUNY. In addition to their Master's Degree in Park Administration, they have another Master's Degree in Parks, Recreation, and Leisure Facilities Management, both of which were obtained from Texas Tech University.
