We began in 1973 as a migrant health clinic, and today we support the health of over 41,000 low-income individuals and families. With nine clinics in Greeley, Evans, and Loveland and one mobile unit, Sunrise offers comprehensive, quality, and affordable medical, dental, and behavioral health services, including on-site laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, and patient education services.
