Rosie Moncivais possesses extensive experience in various roles related to healthcare and administration. Currently serving as a Deputy at the Department of Motor Vehicles since September 2016, Rosie also holds positions as a Patient Accounts Specialist and Billing Specialist at Sunrise Community Health and Sunrise Community Health Care Centers, respectively, since March 2014 and July 2012.
