Hemant Kumar

Hemant Kumar has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Hemant is currently working as the Executive Vice President and CFO at HALO Branded Solutions since July 2022. Previously, they held various positions at SOL-MILLENNIUM Medical Group, including Chief Financial Officer and SVP Finance from December 2016 to July 2022. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company's financial operations, fundraising activities, and tax and treasury strategy.

Before joining SOL-MILLENNIUM Medical Group, Hemant worked at Shire (formerly Baxalta) as the Vice President of Finance from May 2015 to August 2016. There, they played a vital role in establishing governance and strategic processes for the newly independent company.

Prior to that, Hemant had a long tenure at Baxter International Inc., starting in 2006. Hemant held various positions at Baxter, including Vice President - Financial Planning & Analysis from May 2013 to April 2015, Director Finance (CFO) - Canada from April 2012 to April 2013, Director Finance (CFO) - North Asia from April 2009 to March 2012, and Director Finance - Asia Pacific from April 2006 to March 2009. During their time at Baxter, they led financial planning and reporting globally, supported key investment decisions, and provided strategic financial guidance.

Hemant also had work experience at American Express as the Manager Global Reporting - Asia Pacific from December 2004 to April 2006 and at Delphi Automotive Systems India as the Head - Operations Finance from August 1997 to December 2004. At Delphi, they served as a business partner to multiple manufacturing plants and gained exposure to manufacturing finance, treasury, and controllership.

Hemant began their career as a Finance Analyst at Ranbaxy Laboratories from August 1995 to August 1997.
